Andrew McClarty

Andrew McClarty is a Tenor singer currently studying vocal studies at the Royal Northern College of Music with the aim of becoming an opera singer when he finishes his studies. He studied at King’s College School Wimbledon from the age of 7 where he became a member of the chamber choir there which gave him the opportunity to sing in some of the world’s most famous venues such as St Paul’s cathedral, St Mark’s in Venice, and the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. He has most recently been involved in a production of Richard Strauss’ “Die Fledermaus” and Leonard Bernstein’s “Mass” through the RNCM. He has had masterclasses with the likes of Roderick Williams and is currently being tutored by lyrical tenor Paul Nilon.
